Refund & Cancellation Policy

LearnEdgeSchool provides instant access to digital educational resources immediately after a subscription is activated or extra downloads are added. Therefore, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our platform.

Please review the subscription or download pack details carefully before making payment.

Refunds are NOT available when:

  • Your subscription has already been activated.
  • You have accessed quizzes or downloaded worksheets.
  • You change your mind after purchasing the subscription.
  • The issue is caused by your internet connection or device.
  • You purchased the wrong class by mistake.
  • Extra downloads from a download pack have been added to your account, whether or not you have used them.
  • Unused extra downloads expired because your class subscription ended.

Refunds may be provided when:

  • Duplicate payment has been made for the same subscription.
  • Payment was deducted but subscription was not activated.
  • A technical payment failure occurred.
  • The amount was debited but the order was unsuccessful.
  • A download pack was paid for but the extra downloads were not added to your account.
  • The same download pack was charged twice by mistake.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us within 48 hours of the transaction.
  2. Include your registered email address.
  3. Provide your Razorpay Order ID or Transaction ID.
  4. Explain the issue clearly.
  5. Our team will verify your request.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Extra Download Packs

Extra download packs (10 downloads for ₹19, 25 downloads for ₹39) are digital credits that are added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. They apply only to the class they were bought for and remain available until that class subscription ends. If extra downloads were not added after a successful payment, please wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard, then contact us with your payment ID if they still don't appear.

Secure Payments

All payments on LearnEdgeSchool are processed securely through Razorpay.
