Welcome to LearnEdgeSchool. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or download pack, or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Account Registration
- Each student must create and use only one account.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information while registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
2. Subscription
- Subscriptions are purchased separately for each class.
- Each subscription remains valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
- Access is limited to the subscribed class only.
- Subscription fees are subject to change for future purchases.
3. Downloads and Extra Download Packs
- Each active subscription includes up to 20 premium worksheet downloads per calendar month. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month, and unused monthly downloads do not carry over.
- Viewing worksheets on screen is not limited.
- Subscribers who have used their monthly downloads may buy extra download packs: 10 downloads for ₹19 or 25 downloads for ₹39. Prices are subject to change for future purchases.
- Extra download packs can only be bought by students with an active subscription for that class, and apply only to that class.
- Extra downloads are used only after the monthly allowance is used up.
- Unused extra downloads remain available until the subscription for that class ends. Renewing the subscription before it ends carries them forward; if the subscription ends, any unused extra downloads expire.
- Extra downloads cannot be transferred to another class or another account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Every download is watermarked with the account holder's name and email address.
4. Use of Content
- All worksheets, quizzes and study materials are for personal educational use only.
- You may not copy, redistribute, publish or sell any LearnEdgeSchool content.
- Downloaded worksheets remain protected by copyright.
- Worksheets may contain personalized watermarks.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on LearnEdgeSchool, including quizzes, worksheets, graphics, logos, text and software, is the intellectual property of LearnEdgeSchool unless otherwise stated.
6. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to hack or interfere with the website.
- Share subscription access with others.
- Use automated software or bots.
- Copy or distribute copyrighted material.
- Misuse payment or authentication systems.
7. Suspension of Account
LearnEdgeSchool reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Unauthorized sharing of content.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Activities that compromise website security.
8. Payments
- Payments for subscriptions and extra download packs are securely processed through Razorpay.
- LearnEdgeSchool does not store card or banking details.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, LearnEdgeSchool cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruptions caused by maintenance, internet connectivity or technical issues.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
